Andrew Leckey's International Involvement
Andrew Leckey is an energetic overseas commentator, lecturer and educator. He was named a Fulbright Scholar at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China in 2014 and a Fulbright Specialist at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, in 2016. He has also taught courses at China’s Tsinghua University and University of International Business and Economics.
He has appeared as an expert competitor on economic and financial topics many times on China Central Television (CCTV9), his articles have appeared in China’s Oriental Outlook national magazine, the Chinese edition of The Wall Street Journal, and as chapters in books on business published in China.
He has lectured at Moscow State University, National University of Mongolia, Renmin University, Shanghai International Studies University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Hong Kong Baptist University and City University of Hong Kong.
Andrew has hosted yearlong visiting foreign scholars in the U.S.; brought groups of U.S. university business journalism students overseas; and mentored Hubert H. Humphrey journalist fellows from several countries.
